Requests can be called into our confidential 1-800 phone number during normal business hours (8am – 5pm est Monday-Friday), entered into the Customer Support Request form, or added directly into our Customer Relationship Management tool. Sophisticated tracking and monitoring software is used to ensure your questions and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. A powerful knowledge base is also used by our team to resolve issues based on a vast wealth of previous experience, solutions and issue resolutions.
